Version Management of Smart Form

Hi everyone,

Where is the Version Management of SmartForm manitained??

While making some changes in a smartform, I have inadvertently deleted some nodes in a smartform and saved & activated it. The deleted node has several subnodes.

So instead of writing again all these, I want to revert back to original.

Can anyone help me ??!!

I Aadarsh,

If you didn't import the order before activated, you have loose all your job.

HI,

Before doing any changes to the SMARTFORM, Download it <b>(Utilities --> Download from)</b>, and save it to the Local disk, if you want the chanes revert back, then upload the form <b>(Utilities --> Upload)</b>.

if you not Downloaded the form and done any changes and activate the form then you can not revert back to that..

if it is very critical, then ask your Basis people, they will take the Backups in a Daily basis, if they are doing the Backups to that Client, then you can get the same, but that is a huge Process

Hi Aadarsh,

SMARTFORMS are no different than SAPSCRIPT when it comes to Version Management. The only option you have is to see if the SMARTFORM is available in your other environments ie Sandbox/QA/Prd..
