We have found some inconsistencies in our VBFA table... Does anyone know if there is a program that can be used to check the VBFA table to verify that links between documents are correct? (And then to fix them!)
For example, we have an order that a delivery was created for and then the delivery was deleted. The LIKP entry is gone but the VBFA link between the sales order and the delivery lines still exists. The sales order can't be re-delivered because it thinks it is already fully delivered.
Any suggestions appreciated!

I did a quick "where used" and stumbled across WS_CORR_VBFA_LIEF_01 with title "Correct.prog.: Delete doc. flow for delivery segm. that does not exist"
which may relate - but have a hunt through OSS first - it sound like a reportable issue.

Thanks, we found that program and that in conjunction with SDVBUK00 to correct the sales order status after the delivery was fully deleted corrected that problem.
Next problem,
We have a missing VBFA entry for the link between sales order and the goods movement (PGI). Does anyone know of a program to create missing VBFA entries in 4.7 system?

Note 25444 has a lot of instructions for handling inconsistencies in VBFA.

Note 25444 deals with a lot of requirements inconsistencies. That's not what we have - I am looking specifically for a program that can create missing VBFA entries (link from sales order to goods movement and sales order to invoice is missing).

Well, I think it's still an OSS issue. You can raise a message with them.
