I want to incorporate a specific customer table from the ERP system into the shopping cart approval workflow in Ariba. This table will be used to verify whether the requester is authorized to submit a shopping cart request, based on whether their name or ID appears in the table.
To accomplish this, I would need to use an API to extract the relevant data from the ERP system and transfer it into Ariba.
Is it possible to solve this issue with the Validate and Enrich API and use the parameter "Application.GuidedBuy.RerunApprovalAfterValidation"?
I would be very happy if someone could tell me their experience with the V&E API.
