Hi,
If these transactions are working for other users, RF Queue Management should be missing for your user id in the configuration.
Maintaining your user id in the RF Queue Management should resolve the issue.
SPRO -> IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Mobile Data Entry -> RF Queue Management -> Assign Processor to Queues
Hope this helps!!!
Thanks,

Hi
Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but it just solved a problem we could not sort in Security for the last month where a new starter got no menu on their RF Gun
Also found that transaction LRFMD - Maintain RF user master data can be used with S_TABU_DIS act 02 auth group (in our case) WMC.

I do not understand Hemanth's resolution. How do I set the configuration in the RF management ? Is it a line in SU52 user parameters ? Some screen shots would be great.
Thanks in advance,
Jason

AFTER SETTING THE profile data. Please logoff and re-logon again. That should work.

Hi All,
We too had the same issue to run the transaction LM77 and referred the suggestion given by Hemanth.
" Maintaining your user id in the RF Queue Management should resolve the issue.
SPRO -> IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Mobile Data Entry -> RF Queue Management -> Assign Processor to Queues "
Thanks Hemanth, Your answer is correct.
