User is still locked - With CUA

Hello Experts,

I will answer my own question in the next 2 minutes, but I'm still interested if you have something interesting to add.

We are facing a problem with our systems. I have observed some of the users got locked due to multiple login with incorrect password. We are using CUA.

Via SU01 in the client where the problem occurs (not in CUA), when I unlock user it says

"User XXXXXXX is still locked" (Message number is 01333)

Can any one of you suggest us the procedure to unlock the user?

In my case, that was a user lock set in the CUA system, not in the system/client where the user tries to log in.

Unlocking the user via the CUA permits to unlock successfully.

NB: if you have the problem in an environment without CUA, you may have a look at this (old) answer: User is still locked (without CUA).
