User Exit/BADI during PGR with MSEG and MKPF values.

I need to create refurbishment order automatically during PGR process. I need any BAdI/ Exits after MSEG and MKPF table gets populated.

Did you already look at BAdI such as MB_DOCUMENT_BADI or MB_MIGO_BADI?

Surprising, but let's look at it another way, you could create a Special Function Output type (e.g. procedure ME0001 Inv managt, with a custom requirement 9nn) that would trigger a process to to create refurbishment order.
