Updation of VTTK Extnsion fields on the receipt of Shipment05 IDOC

Hi,

I have added few custom fields in VTTK table which I have to update during Shipment05 IDOC,

Please suggest me best suitable User Exit to perform the same.

I have found EXIT_SAPLV55K_022 where we can save own tables during receipt of ShipmentXX IDOC and I though to use BDC to update my custom fileds using IDOC data. But I am not sure whether till this point Shipment has been created or not so that I could use Shipment number in Vt02n for my BDC.

Please suggest me the best approch to deal with this requirement.
