Hello All,
We have added a customer data tab in Purchase Order header level and added few custom fields in the same customer data tab.
Now, How can I update the change log at Header level of the Purchase Order, if there is a change in any of these custom fields?
Can anyone please let us know how can we achieve this functionality?

When creating the fields in dictionary there is a 'log changes' checkbox somewhere that should've been checked for the fields in question. ME23N is a display transaction, it won't update anything, just FYI.
