Unable to create URL in SO10

Hi friends,

I need to create a URL http://www.evoqua.com/en/about-us/terms-conditions-sale-products-services in the SO10 text. I have made a document ZHYPERLINK in SO72 which contains this URL. Currently,I am using Hypertext for displaying this URL in SO10, but in the print preview,the URL is not coming blue. Please check the attachment. What is the error ?
