Hello , I was wondering if   there is any tool in SAP for UML design , if so how do I access to that ?, or Do you know any other tool ( free please ) ? thanks a lot  I appreciate your help .

Obvioulsy less integrated than the above solution, but depends on you specific needs.

ABAP 702 has UML diagram functionality. It needs some java library on top of SAP GUI in order to display it. You can find the option to generate the UML in SE80 in context menu of the class name. Display > UML Class diagram
