Hi Experts,
I have one query regarding transport.
In have one transport TR1 & under this transport there is one script X attached.
Now my requirement is that I need to create one more transport reqest TR2 to and attach the scriprt X.
Using SE10 I have created the transport TR2. Now how I can attach the script X to my transport.
Actaually script is not existing in system. Whenever I am trying to create script X, one popup comes & displaying transport request & its description. Also it is displaying the "A new task will be created for the following request of user ABC".
could anybody tell me how to proceed for this?

Poonam

hi,
if you want the second script to be in transport request2 you have to first
release the first transport request from se09 transaction.
then the script while saving will ask for request and you can save in second request.

why you want to have the same script from the same system to be released.
release the transports as per requirement into any number of systems
can u be little clearer abt ur requirement

Hi Poonam,
Release first TR then automatically it will create another TR while saving.

Goto SE03 T.code and change the object directory and alos if you have already created the script it will ask for a new TR you change the package and sdave it under a new TR.
Hope will solve the resolution

Hi,
As per my Understanding ,that script X is actually created by another user with the transport TR1...Now u try to change that script then it will throw that error....
If you want to have that script in another transport then you can't do that until that TR1 is released to other box...
So if you want to change that script then another sub request will be created under TR1 with your user name...
But Remember one single object cant have the multiple TR'S
But under one TR multiple objects can be created.
Hope this will help.
Regards,
Rohan.
