Hi All,
Please help me understand the steps of this workflow..i have already gone thru some explaination about this workflow from this link but getting confused with few steps.
Correct me if i am wrong ..the workflow is triggered when a new position is created?(to which employee is going to be transffered?)
In step1:check target postion..of who? and then what happens?
step on user and role is confusing too
there are two specify postion in two departments..what are the two postions for ? 1 fro employee and one for his new manager/hr admin?

Hi,
Thank you for your requirements but observed some important information is missing. It would be great help if you could provide following information.
1. You are referring to which workflow? If standard, please let me know.
2. Generally, aganets are determined from org structure if linked or from BO method or manually poplated in corresponding task.
3. Coming to determination of departments, it again depends upon functionality implemented.
Please elaborate the problem with sufficient information so that it would be comfortable for us to get back with suggestions / solutions.
