to get the userids of HOD based on position no

Hi,

I have used FM RH_STRUCT_GET . I am getting the position no. of HOD.

Is there any FM -to get the userids of HOD based on position no.

Actually there are literally ZILLIONS.

If you've got the position number you can easily get the personnel number(s) of people occupying that position. That should be relatively straight forward (standard organisational methods).

Now once you've got the personnel number you can easily get the SAP user id.

just use table pa0001 with key pernr = employee number. The SAP username is the uname field.

Have a look at FM RH_GET_STRUCTURE (note it's slightly different to the one you used).

The allowable values of WEGID can be seen by looking at table T778A

This can give you ALL sorts of relationships both up and down an ORG structure.

You can easily test it with SE37 in test mode.

If you can't get the SAP user ID directly get the Holders of the position (employee numbers) and the read table pa0001 as described above to get the SAP user id.
