SAP B1 9.0 caused by user side which is caused by Windows 10 patch month 10 - 22 please help me thx.

Hello Sipba,
As you have mentioned, the issue has appeared since the new update. You are encountering this particular issue because usage of an SAP Business One Version which is not supported for Windows 10. The recommended solution is to upgrade SAP Business One to a version which is supported for Windows 10.
You can obtain more information on the SAP note 2331786 - Older SAP Business One Clients on Windows 10 are Suddenly Unable to Connect to Server.
In some instance, some users have tried uninstalling the latest patch which is not a recommended solution, but it has helped in few cases and the exact patch that caused the issue was KB5018410 in Windows 10
