if you have a dump, you should have a call stack ?

The exception must have generated a dump, have you analyzed it or had it be analyzed by some abaper, was the dump generated by a standard program (perform an OSS search) or is it linked to custom code (ask your local abaper)

NB: This exception is somehow linked to sending mail, so check form and customizing of the output.
