Table enhancements and Customizing Includes

Hello,

I would like to know if it is better to do enhancements of standard tables or create own tables with the same key? I read everywhere that enhancements could cause a lot of problems.

And one more question please. Could you give me an example of Customizing Includes? How does it work and how can I find it?

1) Its based on the business requirements, you can extend standard table / you can copy and use it.

2) I have used several custom includes in both custom program / badi's.
