Hi,

In SAP Command Line enter T-Code STMS

A TMS window will open then go to Overview > Import Overview >

This will take you to the Import Overview Domain Window, which consist of list of the clients along with their import requests.

Now double click on the client on which u have to import the request.

Then Import Queue window will Open Now search for the Transport request number of which u want to import.

Now check the status of that transport request if the transport request is ready to import then only import it.

Now if the Transport request is ready to import then select the request and click on the Request > Import Request. A confirmation window will open just confirm the request and the request will be imported to ur Client.

Pls reward all hlpful points.

regards,

Ameet

Hi siva,

STMS is the TCode which is used for knowing wether our requests are moved into quality r not (i.e we can know the status of the requests).

FOR E.G: we are released 3 requests in dev .

and these requests are moved to quality r not that we can check in this TCode ,

How: go for STMS in command bar and enter,

after that there is a vehical symbol press it , u find some screen in that u see some quality, production and so on .........................................

if u want check whether it has moved to quality r not then .

double click on quality , in next screen u find requests of that respective owners.

select the owner coulmn and go for filter symbol if u press that u find popup window in that give owner id of which u want know the information of a particular requests.

on the next screen u have the information about the requests (IF THE RITE SYMBOL IS THERE MEANS ITS IMPORTED TO QUALITY, IF GREEN SYMBOL MEANS NOT YET IMPORTED TO QUALITY, IF YELLOW SYMBOL MEANS REQUEST IS READY FOR AGAIN IMPORT)

let me know if have u any doubts

Thanks

STMS : Transport Management System..

using STMS tcode.. u can check whether requests in target client has been transported successfully or not.

You can check the status of a req, if it is transported or it is in the queue or it is being transported..

If req is not transported successfully.. then u can re-import it..

Reward if useful
