Standard versus Actual labor and/or material report

Hello,

Does anyone know of a report that will produce Standard versus Actual report for labor and/or material? We do not use the HR modules here. I assumed that I would need to do some custom work but needed to know if there was something standard that does this or something close that I could replicate and make necessary changes? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks,

AJ

if you just need numbers like: took 1.5 hours you might want to try tx. COOIS -> Confirmations. you might want to create your own profile here ...

if you are looking for values representing money, you could try in CO with S_ALR_87013157 and its brothers/sisters.

okay, I will look into COOIS, but how do you enter data for the S_ALR_87013157 report, what is the data entry tx.?

maybe with the CO-reports it would be best, if you check together with one of your CO-functional girls/guys.

Also, to make COOIS report correctly, what transactions should be used? I noticed some of the actual, estimated costs are not populated with values....

the proper configuration of COOIS is too wide a topic to be covered in a post. take a look here, the documentation is really good:

http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_03/helpdata/EN/b1/c050c7439a11d189410000e829fbbd/frameset.htm

this is the top-topic of the documentation, you can drill that list further down for a view on how to create profiles.
