SQL trace technical monitoring cockpit 403 forbidden

In ADT I want to use SQL trace in technical monitoring cockpit,but the page is '403 forbidden'.

Could any experts can tell me how to solve it? Thanks a lot.

you need either of these two roles SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR, SAP_BR_DEVELOPER

I actived the service stmc/ui5 in sicf, the problem is solved. Thank you your reply.
