Spool is getting disappeared

Hello,

After successful sending of invoice spool is getting created .. But it is disappearing automatically... could you please help me to keep it in Sp01 .

Hi,

Also verify the duration of your spool reorg jobs variant.

These jobs should be scheduled as per normal housekeeping and after a certain defined period should be deleting spools also.

Refer to following notes and job names for guidance.

16083 - Standard jobs, reorganization jobs

Job Name: Program: Variant: Repeat Interval:

SAP_REORG_SPOOL RSPO0041 or RSPO1041 Yes Daily

The variant looks like this, the date in days you can define to clear these out.
