Hi Folks,

I got one issue where randomly some IDocs are in 64 status while others are processing . Any possible reason for this?

I checked in system, there is no job log, no dump in ST22 and in partner profile WE20 it is set as immediate processing

Hello Dominik,

Thanks for your comments on this, I have gone through all the notes and cross verified settings mentioned . All are there is system .The only possible reason might be the one mentioed in 2658803 - "IDoc is still being processed" and IDocs in "status 64".

But I am not sure what to do as a technical person from my end to resolve this issue. Appreciate your comments on this!

suman16992 You were asking why some IDocs are not processed and remain in status 64, SAP explains why, says it's a "normal" issue, and you need to process the remaining ones (with package size 1 = no parallel processing, and probably other things I didn't check).

hello suman16992

Status 64 means application is ready to be delivered however you can go to tcode :-BD87 specify the basic type ,give the staus as 64 to 64 give the time as changed at and than reprocess( f8) the old status would be changed tio new status as 51 (error red) or 53 (sucess green) .Initially check for one idoc number having status 64 and than reprocess by giving the idoc number in tcode BD87.

Also in tcode WE20 please process immediately the message type aftet having provided your process code ( i hope it has been done in your end).
