Hi Pranu,
Did your functional team accessed the smartform in your system ot a different system. I presume it to be a diferent system, because this varies with the system configuration....Their system screen resolution and other things might be different.
Try taking print out from both the systems and check. I think they both should match..

Have you configured your smartform in NACE txcode.
Check this might have not done this.
Which form you have created ?
Cheers!!

Pranu,
May be it has some thing to do with the Group to which their user I.D belongs to....
I mean, user i.d. of functional team might be in a different user groups with different authorizations.....and user i.d. of technical team might be of different group.....
May be you can try replicating their groups in to your user i.d. or vice versa....(Copy function user id. into a temp user i.d. and try)..
To confirm if that is the issue, you can ask any other technical team member to log in with his/ her user i.d. and check the output...It should be same as yours but different from functional login......
Best Regards,
Ram.

Hi Pranu,
I think its the printer problem, ask your functional team to select the same printer what you have selected during the print preivew or while taking the print out.
i hope by these your problem will slove.
