Solved: Smartforms print preview error ?

Hi Experts,

I have created one smartform for quotation, In print preview using transaction VA23 there is one amount 107.89 which comes as 107.00 at first(Only in Laptop screen). Very strange thing is that as soon as user opens any of the window from task bar and come back to preview screen it appears correct as 107.89.

Happening every time.

Tried to change font size and character format increased as well decreased but not able to solve.

Any idea why this happening...

Its really strange !!.

I hope it is not at all problem from SAP.

Laptop's Screen resolution may be the error as of I know. And have a try with restart of your laptop. Some times it will help with out any logic.

Had you tried in another PC . If there it is OK means the problem is with your laptop screen configuration / any resolution problems.

Hi Praveen,

Yes i did restarting the laptop din't work, in pc screens there is no problem , it is with laptop screen only, but keeping resolution low worked, anyway keeping font smaller than it is... working but again requirement is to keep the font as it is for billing and the smartstyles used in both are same.

For billing there is no problem amount is correct 107.89.

It seems need to talk to users...cause in this way user may have problem in future too.
