smartform text-genral Attributes (no display of normal screen)

hi ,

i have problem with smartforms text,

when i am creating a text i am unable to see the general attributes..... where we

write text or feild.

the screen is appearing where the MSG is written ''Use the full screen text editor''.

In editor i am able to configure editor script and window but not able to see the normal screen

which is displayed when we normaly open the text general attributes.

Thank you for the quick response but i think my problem is related to configuration because the same screen of text-general attributes is appearing on testing & development Server.

Hello Rahul,

I am facing this same problem. I know its been very long time, Snce you posted this, but it would be really help ful if you can re-call about the solution of this problem. I mean if you can remeber how basis guy resolved this particular problem.
