Hi Rahul,
I SAMRTFORM applying FONT Size is bit tricky...
You have to smake a style and apply that style to the text object... Then only it will get effect for that text object / element.
Try this and if u can not able to solve it then send me screen shots of your form I will be in position to help u.

Hi rahul,
Some times, you will not be able to see the change in Print Preview, but it will be niticeable in the actual print. Try giving a print and see.

hi rahul,
let me know whether u r creating from scratch or modifying a standard one .
let it be any case . if its a modification of standard then for that u go to
"smart styles" and allot a default font size in that and use the style in ur form .
if its not fullfilling u check whether u have given any defaults in the form instead of using ur own .
still if u r getting the same problem reply the exact scenario i will try it and give u the solution .

Hi Rahul,
Create Smart Style and define it in your form,by creating pragraph format or character format.
You can display the text with the least font size.

Hi,
Your problem can be solved by creating a new Smartstyle and then attach this smartstyle in OUTPUTOptions of a text node. After giving name of smartstyle in OutputOptions attach paragraph type to the text element.
Hope it would work

Hi,
Sometimes it doesnt work like this. What you can do is create a new Character format under your smart style. Then give the font size as 1 Pt for that character format.
Then assign that character format to ur data. You can do by slecting the text first and then assigning that Character type.
You will be able to see the character types only after you give that Smart style in Output options.
Hope this will help. It had worked for me so should work for you.
You will get the smallest font

Hi,
Try taking a printout and check.
Also increase the Characters Per Inch and Lines Per Inch in Form Attributes -> Output options tab.

Ok. Try one thing:
Make a new Smart style and then create a Character node where you give the size of font as 1pt and type as 'ARIAL'.
AFter that follow the same process of assigning the smart form and choosing the character.
Also close that session and open a new session.
It should work.
