Smart form print preview incorrect output

Hi, When I give print preview through smart form the material description is displayed correctly, but when I run through VF03 the material description is incorrect, what could be the reason?

Below one is smart form output which is correct

Sl. NO. Description

1 4000000005

Lease Rent <-- Correct description

But when I give print preview through VF03 its showing below output which is the wrong, how to print correct value through VF03

Additional Lease Rent <-- wrong description

Did you check if the material description has been udated in the invoice item ?

We don't know your Smart Form, so we can't tell you what the bug is. Did you try to debug it? What is your issue while debugging?
