Setting required entry fields for infotype 0002 - HR module

Hi all,

i need setting the nationality field as a required field for transations PA30/PA40 (or other transaction for maintaining Personal Data).

How can i do that? With enhancements or customizing? If the latter, can you show me which steps i have to do?

Solved by using maintaining the table T588M by the transaction SM30.
