set work center -SM-DUMMY as default at IW31

hi xperts... in IW31, before this the work center at operation tab has a value SM-DUMMY as a default. but now, i dunno.. how the work center it change to ARIFF_AJ as a default.. ARIFF_AJ is one of the value in work center. where should i change the setting?? please help..
