Send e-mail for several recipients

Hi all,

In transactions XD01/2/3 (Create/change/display customer)

there is an option to maintain several internet mail addresses (in tab 'Address', box 'Communication',

field 'E-mail'), the problem is that there are radio-buttons, and the selected radio-button represents the default address for sending (for example) an order by

e-mail.

I want to be able to send the order to all the addresses which apprear in the list (in transaction XD02).

Is there an option for changing the radio-buttons to checkboxes, or maybe somehow change the default value of the address to all the addresses in the list.

Hi,

The default address (one only) is used by the system for such communication.

You may try using the 'contact person' tab, where you can specify multiple contacts for the customer. I am not sure though whether the mail-ids specified there will be used in such comm..
