Searching for button OTHER ROLES in SAP Easy Access Menu

Hi @ all

I have changed my employer and now I´m searching for the abovementioned button. I am a SAP Administrator and for me it was really comfortable to change the user menu with one click to have a better overview of another user profile. Does anybody know where I can "activate" this button? I hope that you have understand my question.

Doesn't SHIFT+F5 work for you?

Hi @ all,

could anybody help me? Does anybody have an idea? I have found a screenshot in the Internet, in German, but you can see the button "Anderes Menü"! (see attached)
