Hi Experts,

how to copy the screen shots in sap to any power point presentation or MSWord etc.,can any one briefly explian?

Hi,

install any print tool like Gadwin screen printer in ur PC and run it n copy n paste the screen shots in ur ppt.

HI,

use PrintScreen option from your keyboard and use ctrl+v to paste it in your ms word.

If you want only the active screen and not the entire screen use alt+PrintScreen and then paste it in your word.

hi ,


its simple go to the corresponding screen and go with the button Prnt Scrn on your key board and past thats screen shot in a new word document. This contains the task bar also..,..

If you don't want to capture the task bar just go with ALT+ Prnt Scrn and past it in a new word document.
