hi,

What is the procedure to add customer fields in transaction VA01/02 under tab Additional data B?

i found program MV45AFZZ. but should i use it ?

Yes, you will need a key to change any of the program/screen user exits.

There are several objects in SAP that although can be considered as customer exits (or user exits), need the key access. In SD module are most of them. Don't worry about future support of SAP in these objects, because it's something understtod by SAP.
