Before creating an OSS-incident, I thought I'd check here which options we have to resolve the following issue:
After upgrading our development systems to NW750 SP19 we are now getting this warning message in ATC when trying to access the underlying code by clicking on "Display object":
The reason seems to be this code which apparently was introduced with the upgrade as it's not yet available in our prod-systems:
When I check our central ATC system I find corresponding dumps there:
Our central system is on NW752 SP02.
I already found OSS Note 2953541 which most likely was included in the recent upgrade of the development (aka satellite) systems and if I interpret it correctly, than SP07 might then actually be needed for the central system in order to "know" FM SCI_REMOTE_NAVIGATE.
If that is indeed the case, than I'll need some kind of stop-gap measure as it'll take a while to get the upgrade planned and done. Anybody - olga.dolinskaja perhaps? - have an idea of what we can do quickly and need to do long-term? Should I create an OSS-incident or are there other options?
Thanks much for any input you might have!
Cheers

If anybody else runs into this issue, here is the SAP-Note which needs to be applied in the central ATC-system:
2999343 - ATC/CI: Navigation in developer scenario

Just a quick update: I created an OSS-incident and scheduled an expert chat for next Wednesday.

Another update (Dec.1, 2020): after some back-and-forth with SAP support, the expert chat has been cancelled and my OSS-incident has been forwarded to the dev-team.
