Hi

You may try the following -

Check the Spool in SP01 to see if it has blank pages .

Or try printing only one copy and see if it still prints balnk pages at the end.

Cheers.

Hello,

See the printer settings on your computer. Or try giving printout from some different machine. Check the printer settings too. I don;t think this is a sap script problem.

Hi,

Check whether your first page has next page as another page. If so, make it the same as the first page name.

cheers,

Sam.

Hi Raja,

1) One reason can be that the first page has a next page that is blank in it. This you must check in SE71 in your form. I assume that you've checked the same and made sure that it is correct.

2) The second reason might be that the Form that is called might have some statement like PROTECT ENDPROTECT that includes an object that has initial value in it. Please check for the same.

Until I can see the code, can't really guess the reason. Can u paste the code for the main window in your form? Also please clarify whether you are using the standard MEDRUCK form or you're creating a ZMEDRUCK form??

Cheers,

Sam.

Dear Raja,

Is this all standardSAPcode? Otherwise what asjustments are made? It seems only logical to me to look there for your solution. Can you make a Print Preview? Is it happening there also?

Dear Raja,

As the problem is not in the logic of the form it should be in the printerconfiguration. I would check the printer, if it occurs with other printers, the papersize etc.

Hi Raja,

Like Bas said, check your page settings. In SE71,look at your Header and then "Basic Settings". What is the Page Format here?

Now that you have your page format, you need to find out if it has been defined in your Printer or not. Go to transaction SPAD. CLick on "Full Admin". Select the "Device types" tab and then click on the "Device Type" button.

Find the Device Type you have specified for your printer. Click on the line and then click on the "Formats" button. Is your Page Format defined here?

Also you may want to check your Page FOrmat settings. Go back to SPAD, and select the "Full Admin" button again. Select the "Device Types" tab and select the "Page Formats" button. These are the page sizes defined in SAP. Double click the Page Format used by your SAPscript and make sure that the Paper Size is correct.

Hope this helps.

Pat.

Hi

Did you check the spool in SP01 and see if it has blank pages at end if you print a single copy.

Cheers.

Hello Sekhar,

Did you get a solution for this problem ?

We are facing same problem. When more than 1 copy is printed, there is a blank page coming after each copy.

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Mayank
