Following instructions for AI 180 we've to install Desktop Agent 3 installation after installing SPA. SPA installed but when I click on GO TO APP button I'm getting an access denied error. I completed role collection for the user, still get the same error message. I gave it some time for about an hour for the changes to sync in. I still get the same error. How do I install the agent if SPA is not / working is there a workaround?

Logging out helped. I'm able to launch the SPA application page.
FYI - I tried the same method during the TECH Ed didn't work though.

Are you still facing the issue? Can you share the screen shot of the roles assigned to you.Please Sign out and Sign-in to SAP Build Process Automation Home page and if you are still having access issues even after assigning the roles.2022 Nov 21 9:26 PM
