SAP standard FM SCMS_HTTP_CREATE_FILES from return code 200 to 201 after a SAP upgrade

Dear SAP Experts,

The changes of SAP note 2643724 made existing functionality FM SCMS_HTTP_CREATE_FILES depending on HTTP return code 200 does not work anymore (status_code = 200).

I am using SAP NETWEAVER 7.5.

Has anyone faced this problem? I hope someone can provide me with guidance on how to fix it.
