SAP SD: Message E200: Item status (document &, item &) is missing

Hi ,

an error is encountered: "E200: Item status (document &, item &) is missing" durng deletion of sales orders.

My initial investigation is that there is a update termination log in SM13 for

function module : RV_SALES_DOCUMENT_UPDATE;

program SAPLV05I ,

include LV05IFAP: Moment AP order position,line number 40.

In addition, it is not giving ABAP Dump .
