SAP ABAP - How to refresh ALV simultaneously when the header data is changed.

I have added some custom fields in transaction IK81/82, based on the LRP type (which is a header data) i want to hide the fields as soon as the LRP type is changes from the dropdown.

The ALV changes take place only if it is saved and the transaction is re-opened.

Is there anyway where we can make the ALV changes appear as soon as the LRP type is changed?
