Sales Orders On Delivery Due List

In the delivery due (VL10A)there are docuemtns in the work list athat should not be there. Example the sales order document line have all been rejected or the document lines items have been delivereid except for the rejected lines and these lines are shouling on the delivery due, and are not deliverable.

There is a correction program RVV05IVB that fixes this issue with the indexes.

But what I need to know is what is the cause for these documents showing on the delivery due.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Take a look at <a href="https://websmp202.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=011000358700007264762001">Note 128947</a> for a good description of what causes problems that require RVV05IVB as a fix.

Here is an excerpt from the Note:

Different causes can make a reorganization or a correction of certain index tables necessary:

Corrected program errors which caused that documents did not disappear from the work lists or did not appear in them by mistake. In this case, the indexes must be corrected for those documents which were created or changed before the repair.

Not yet localized program errors which cause the described problems. The regular reorganization of the indexes can help here to maintain the production operation in spite of the error that has not yet been corrected.

Activation of the index update for business partners material or validity at a date on which documents already exist (activation via maintenance of tables TINPA or TVIND in Customizing). In this case, the indexes involved must be reorganized so that you can access the already existing documents via the index.
