S/4 HANA Transition : SPAU_ENH Issue - New S/4 HANA Changes Gone and No Version History

On adjusting an Enhancement Implementation(EI) using SPAU_ENH, we see that the standard object where the EI was included does not have the new S/4 HANA code and its version history is gone. There is only one version with the author as SAP.

The EI is there but we obviously want the new S/4 HANA code as well.

Please suggest how can we retrieve the latest version(new code).
