RTA for CC 5.1 Installation: Missing some programs

Hi all,

We installed RTA for CC 5.1 and we are missing the programs which are responsible for downloading Role data.

/VIRSA/DLOAD_ROLE_AUTH_OBJS

/VIRSA/DLOAD_ROLES

The detail of the component we installed is the following:

- SAPK-517COINVIRSANH

VIRSANH 510_620: Component piece list (/VIRSANH/RTA51)

Could you please help us and let us know if we are missing any other component we should have installed in order to get such programs?

Dear Imanol,

Program /VIRSA/DLOAD_ROLES (download auth objects) belongs to Package

/VIRSA/ETL of software component VIRSA. However, you can alterantely use Function Module /VIRSA/Z_DOWNLOAD_ROLE_DATA for the same as well.

Program /VIRSA/DLOAD_ROLE_AUTH_OBJS (download auth objects) belongs to Package /VIRSA/ETL of software component VIRSA. Try if you can achieve this by Function Module /VIRSA/DNLOAD_ROLE_AUTH_OBJS.

Check in transaction SE37 if you have these Function Modules.

Thanks a lot for the info you have provided.

We have double checked the content under the package /VIRSA/ETL and we can not see the programs regarding "Roles download" We are still missing them. Besides that, we don't see the functions you mentioned under SE37.

Is it possible that we have missed some installation component?

The component we installed was missing the support level 1 in order to include the programs we were missing.

After the installation of such support level we have all the programs available.
