Role &1 locked by user &2 Message Type W Message Number 591

Hi,

I am working on a CUA environment.

Some time while working of user management (Assignment / deletion) of roles, I am getting below warning messages in SCUL.

Role &1 is locked by user &2

Role assignment to user &1 not executed completely

In the Central system, I can see role added or removed. But in the receiving system these changes are not visible.

And manytime, this locking is happening with the communication user I have in RFC for CUA.

I have checked report RBDMANI2, but this report is catching IDOCs with status 51 or so.

In my case the IDOC status is 53 (Document Posted).

Can anyone suggest is there any way I can automate re-processing of such IDOCs?

DA,

I don't believe you can reprocess a Posted IDoc. I run into the same problem from time to time too, since we cannot reprocess the Posted IDocs, I just re-save the user from my Central system.

The standardsolution is to check regularly SCUL for entries with

a)errors,

b)warnings,

c)or which are unconfirmed,

and resend these idocs.

The behaviour/cause is described exactly in note #453438, the solution is in #399271 (no parallel inboundprocessing of idocs)
