Restrict Removal of Purchase Requisition Attachments

I am trying to find out if it is possible to restrict access to the removal of attachments from a purchase requisition in transactionME51N.

We want to allow people to upload attachments in transaction ME51N but not give them access to remove these attachments.

As far as I am aware this is not possible with standard authorisation objects. Is this correct? And does anyone know how we can achieve this in any other way?

i would say that you need create (1) to upload and change (2) to delete or maybe the object has an additional delete activity.

1st try to locate the right object that controls attachments (Su53 or trail and error by creating a test role)

2nd try to find a solution by playing around with the activity values in the test role.

i do think it should be possible.
