Report output based on numeric and character values for the same field.

Hi folks,

for one field only,if the value is character the value is storing in one field and if the value is numeric the value is storing in other field for characteristic value..t-code is cl31.

i want to print the output data based on one field atfor-cabn, for the fields of ausp-atwrt(for character) and ausp-atflv(for numeric). i want to differentiate the output for numeric and character based on the field atfor.how can i code this.please provide me the sample code.
