Hi All,

If we implement a class definition from SE18 then editor lock is getting set automatically onto the implementing class. If i try to change the attributes of the class it throws up an error saying that 'This syntax cannot be used for an object name'.Please let me know if there is an alternative to remove this lock.

Cheers

Hi,

why do you need to remove that lock, if you implemented the class you can very well add the parameters and as well you can implement the methods. why do you want to remove that lock.

do you want to add new methods to that class.

Vijay,

The requirement is that no editor locks should exist for any programs which start with a Y or Z.Now this implementing class has been captured when this rule has been run for all program types.I just want to know whether it is possible to remove the lock or not.I do not intend to add any new methods or change the class.
