Release code not getting populated in ws20000075 po release strategy

Hi,

I have used standard workflow WS20000075 for po release strategy workflow.

The issue is the Release Code  is not getting populated when a po is created using t-code me21n .

I have checked and activated the event linkage in occu and event queue too

but i am not able to understand why the release code container is not getting populated though it is configured.

Kindly help in this regard.

First of what values do you see in SWEL..? Is the release strategy tab visible in the po whoch is created..? Add the workflow log as well as binding at header level screenshot

In the above screen shots i dint find any entry in the workflow log, I am unable to understand why there is no entry in the workflow log.

Pls. find the screen shot of binding  and event linkage of ws20000075.

The issue is event linkage is not getting activated in test system even though it is activated in dev. system.

Kindly et me know how to resolve it.

I have transported the same using SCC1. but its not reflecting in the test system.

I have also checked using OCCu t-code event linkage is also marked adn activated. but i am unable to understand what's wrong.

Please check your event linkage in SWETYPV tcode. Check if it is activated in dev system. If not activate and trasnport. Please attach a screenshot of the above mentioned tcode

Hi Madan,

Linkage is active in ERD2000 (DEV)system,  but not in ERD100(Test) system.pls. find the screen shot of ERD200 & ERD100 respectively.

pls.suggest what to do in this regard.

Can you please attach the screen shot of your Transport request make sure it is customizing one. What are the contents of TR does it have entry for the same entry shown in SWETYPV. What return code does it show after SCC1

After you execute SCC1 by giving the header TR and checking the subtask checkbox..What is the message returned by this tcode sucessful or error occured. Once it is done please check in SWETYPV what does it show

workflow has got triggered but in SWIA but its not picking up the agent though the release code is configured.

pls.find the screen shot and guide me proceed further as I am new to ECC Workflows.

Please check in the workflow how are you determining the agents..? Is there a standard rule or what? Incase you want to have your own rule create a new one. Make sure agent assignment button is green

Hi Reshma,

Kindly check in SWDD if your Workflow template's Agent Assignment is set to general.

(SWDD -> Basic Data (hat icon) -> Agent ssignment for task -> Attributes).

Then also check if the Agent assignment of the Activity (Release of purchase order) is also set to general.

Once set to General Task, try generating and activating the workflow and create new PO to trigger the updated workflow.
