Queries not displayes in menu role

Hello friends

Can any one give solution for this.

I have a menu role in which queries and workbooks are saved from <b>rrmx</b>.

Now i am trying to view them through <b>rrmx->open queries->roles->myrole</b>.

here i am unable to see any thing and displays message <b>No data found</b>.

Its happening in both 3.5 and 7.0.

this problem is for only for this role but other roles function properly ,i am able to see queries.

I tried to trace and i could find notting in that.

Can any one suggest something over this.

Use SU53 Transaction code and trace the system.

Is the Menu Role that contains the workbooks assign to your uid? Also check if the assignemnt is current.

Menu role is assigned to user and also it is current.

May i know what current means...

Is it like assigned to user at present.

there are 10 menu roles assigned to user.out of which i have problem with one.

In BI 7.0 it shows "No Objects Found".

In BW 3.5 is doesn't show any message.

Please help me if you know anything abt this.

Ram,

What I mean is the role assignment validity date is current. This is one simple area that was constant overlook.

So you are having problem only with one role out of ten. From your description, it do sound like the menu role is not properly assign to the uid.

Login using SAP Gui, on the first screen "Easy Access", goto Extra -> Settings, check display first level and display technical name. Make sure you are switch to User Menu. You should see the Menu Role name, expand it, see if you see all the workbook. You can launch RRMX from there.

If you don't see the Menu Role on your user menu, role assignment problem.

If you see it will all the Workbook, I am out of idea. Sorry.
