Problem with transporting the pricing requirements to testing environment

I created the pricing requirements 600 ,601 etc (through transaction VOFM )and when I create them the include programs RV61A600 and RV61A601 are created in SAP .when these requirements 600 and 601 are activated then these programs (RV61A600 and RV61A601) are included in another include program RV61ANN .

I got a problem while transporting these to testing environment . The include programs RV61A600 and RV61A601 are transported correctly and i could see them as activated in testing system . But these programs are not included in include program RV61ANNN as result if which these requirements code is not executed in testing system .

Can anyone help me out in analyzing and solving the problem

Thanks in advance
