problem with print

Hi All,

I am trying to print QM 8D form,chinese characters are not printing.if i print other PO using the same printer chinese characters are printing.In the form i have maintained the font "CNSONG" can any body suggest what might be problem...

Are you getting the fonts defaulted to some characters on the print or not??

Check your printer has the compatibility to print the font you have given.

That would be one of the areas you have to check

It is not getting defaulted to any characters,just blank space it is printing..
