*Solution for this problem*

The time I've solved this problem, I felt like wasting all day because of bug thing..

I was using Double Monitor and editing on sub-screen, that was the reason why I couldn't edit my template.

If anyone has similar problem as me, try on your main monitor or laptop.

I will work then.

I hope your great work in ABAP.

Thank you.

Hi Gitae,

Check SAP GUI settings: Ensure that your SAP GUI settings are configured correctly. Go to SAP GUI Options > Interaction Design > Visual Design and make sure that the "Enable Context Menus" option is selected.

If the issue persists, you can try resetting your SAP GUI settings. Go to SAP GUI Options > Interaction Design > Reset, and select the appropriate options to reset your settings. Note that this will revert all your SAP GUI settings to their default values, so make sure to take note of any customizations you have made before proceeding.

Hello Joey,

Thanks for your prompt comment.

Please check my setting below.

As you can see there's nothing about context menus.

Could you please check again..?

Good day.
I have found that I'm using double monitor and if I want to edit smartforms in Subscreen. It shows like that and it's not able to edit Smartforms.

dexterpark You'd better post it as a separate answer + more details how to solve for future visitors looking for answer.

Also, you should contact SAP Support in order to make SAP publish a KBA to inform about this limitation or even make it fixed.

dexterpark Thank you. There's no obligation for SAP employees to investigate and spending time on problems which are just being discussed in SAP Community. If you indicate a problem to SAP Support officially (https://support.sap.com), SAP will have the obligation to investigate because you pay a license for support.

Because you're in display mode? (ZSF_EXAMPLE_01 being a copy of SF_EXAMPLE_01)
